About Pākiki Theatre

Pākiki Theatre is an arts organisation formed in 2018 out of creativity, friendship, a meeting of minds and many cups of tea.

We believe everyone has a story to tell and that everyone’s story is important. We love working with local communities to discover their stories, and bring them to life through theatre.

We have been excited to work with people in Newham to develop The ‘Knowing Newham’ Hero Hunt, and have met and discovered many wonderful ‘local heroes’ who have given us their time, knowledge and stories.

Thanks to Discover Story Centre who are our partners on this project.
