Amy Marren’s swimming journey began on holiday in Australia when she learnt to swim in her uncle’s pool.

She took part in her first Paralympics at London 2012 and went on to win a bronze medal in Rio 2016.

In this interview Amy talks about her pride in being born and raised in Newham, life after sport, and why the race itself is the easy bit..
