Podcast-making

This workshop will train how to make a podcast using stories from the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic opening ceremonies.

Organisers Eastside Community Heritage (ECH) have interviewed people who were involved in the opening ceremonies and recorded some amazing stories about how taking part led people to find love, lasting friendships and even new careers.

The workshop will train how to use sound clips from these interviews to create a podcast which will later be available on both ECH’s and Newham Heritage Month’s website.

You’ll also learn how to use Audacity editing software and what to consider when designing your own podcasts.
