History Tours of Bromley-by-Bow Gasworks

Untouched for over a decade, the seven Grade II Listed gasholders played a big part in the East End’s rich history of innovation and invention.

As St William continue to develop proposals to retain and celebrate the sites fantastic heritage as part of a new neighbourhood, we invite you to join us for a guided tour to learn more about the site and see the initial design proposals.

Four tours will be held across the two days:

• Wednesday 14th 1pm – 2pm
• Wednesday 14th 2.15 – 3.15pm 
• Thursday 15th 1-2pm
• Thursday 15th 2.15pm – 3.15pm

Due to health and safety reasons the site tours are only available to over 18’s. Full PPE will be required and be provided, but do bring your own if you have it (hard hat, high vis jacket and steel cap boots).

Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can start promptly.
