Mixed memories of East London during Covid, enjoying the quiet city parks but reminiscent of the isolation for many older people.
Yeah, but it was very restricting when you couldn't go on the bus. It was just home hero part. That's the only one we could walk to so. But as I said, we used to, you know, my friend was a good coach. Used to make cakes, and so we used to chat to all the dogs. But, yeah, you know, but once we got out, you could travel on the bus, but, and going up to London was lovely because it was so quiet out there. It's like another world in London, just nobody, nobody about at all. It's amazing. You're going to, like Regents Park and nobody there, just empty. Yes, you had to get out, really, otherwise you come to the world was closing in on everybody. It was, yeah, a lot Yeah. People haven't come out, you know, they spotted for a lot of people, yeah.
