About Tower Gallery Plaistow

Tower Gallery is an exhibition space in the historic Memorial Community Church. Run by a small team of committed and experienced volunteers it raises funds by grants, sales commission, donations and various occasional fundraising activities. It works closely with Memorial Community Church and networks with other art organisations in Newham and East London. It currently holds 3 major exhibitions a year but also hosts other group or individual exhibitions from time to time. Emphasis of the Gallery is to encourage and promote local artists both established and emerging. It strives to be inclusive, exhibiting work across many ages, ethnicities and disabilities.
