We have been collecting reminiscence stories about cooking from participants across Newham and the places and spaces where cooking takes place. Participants have shared their favourite recipes and remembrances about those they have lost. The book represents their heartfelt stories, recipes and fond memories. At the launch we will share the stories, poetry and some tasty samples of the featured recipes.
