About Queer Newham
Queer Newham is a local initiative to raise awareness on gender equality and support the well-being of the LGBTQA+ community in Newham. We work with schools, youth clubs, refugees and asylum seekers, artists, local universities and community groups to honour our borough’s queer past, present and future, and celebrate its diversity through community-based events, partnerships, collaborations and training.
