Would you like your event to be part of Newham Heritage Month?

We would love to hear about any events or activities taking place in June 2024 that align with the themes of this year’s Newham Heritage Month: Places and Spaces.

Newham Heritage Month is a festival of live participatory events and online activities taking place in June 2024 across the borough to showcase the rich and diverse cultural heritage of the local area.

We are programming a series of events with individuals and organisations selected to receive grants and project support via an open call.

We are also looking to highlight additional events and activities taking place in Newham focusing on the heritage of places and spaces in the borough.

We will offer promotion, marketing and inclusion in our programme materials, although we are not able to provide any funding for these events.

Newham Heritage Month is organised by Newham Council with kind support from The National Lottery Heritage Fund.

How to apply: Write to us and let us know who you are, what is happening and where, and how it relates to the theme of Places and Spaces in Newham.
